Stuck on a lesson?
That's normal - it means you're learning! Read the error message slowly, try again, and if you're still stuck, take a break and come back. You can also rewatch the lesson video from My learning.
Something on the site is broken?
Email us at help@kidsintech.example and tell us what you were doing when it went wrong. Grown-ups can email for you.
Worried about something serious?
If anything online ever makes you feel scared, upset or confused - on this site or anywhere else - tell a trusted adult: a parent, carer or teacher. You will never be in trouble for asking for help.
You can also talk to Childline for free on 0800 1111 - any time, about anything.
